Whereas Fergie is known as a disciplinarian, he has failed to stamp full authority on Wayne Rooney and has in most cases been reduced to 'understanding' Rooney's antics! Ballotelli also just needs to prove his worth to Fergie and the fans by scoring goals and i can assure u he will remain "the bad boy 4 life"

Hahaha...Ekunu, actually Fergie has successfully tamed Rooney. It's very unfortunate that u don't seem to understand the Rooney United bought. He's become a responsible man, who rarely swears, boxes people on streets! Balotelli will also fall on Fergie's iron hand if he does sign!

Not many Dark skinned players have been tamed by Fergie, but with Mario i think Fergie is the right mentor to squeeze out every bit of football dat the world iz yet to see in Balloteri. Yes he Can period!!

Hiled, did u watch Rooney in the world cup? The last time i saw him being substituted in Manu, he refused a handshake and was cursing all the way. Let Fletcher or Carrick to do even just half of what Rooney does then they will rot on the bench all season long. The best thing Fergie does is kicking in the ass for wrong reasons forexample kicking out Beckham, Nistelrooy, Forlan etc which clearly was a mistake!

If u have followed football for a while u will rememba a certain Cantona,he broke all the rules with the same consistency as his on pitch performances. If my memory serves me right,Fergie was in charge then as he is now....luckily for him Balotteli won't be signing for ManUseless afterall otherwise it would have felt like de'javu all again.

By the way U guys, Fergie was always lenient with his best performing comrades on the pitch a la Cantona, Roy Keane and recently Ronaldo. As for Rooney, he's doing all he's doing because Fergie has realised player-power somewhat is needed in the dressing room is modern day football. Can anyone explain why he hasn't been harsh on the likes of Anderson who have indulged themselves in so many filthy orgies? Yet, the likes of Dwight Yorke faced immediate expulsion because of the poor painting of the club's image with their off-picth extravaganzas. Fergie is now a harsh football administrator, one who minds much on the on-pitch issues than the off-it. He's no longer the same-old discplinarian who put some sense in Ryan Giggs and jettisoned Lee Sharpe. That's why Balotelli might be dealt with, as pertains to the on-pitch issues.

balotelli is just like any black teenger affected by racial problems, so he tries to have a big head to seek more attention. i believe fergie can handle him in england where their is no such thing like racism in sport.fergie has handled worse cases such as keano cantona and he has brought the best out of them

before a dog is tamed it is given a name
not that balloteli is a dog but he should
change his name 2 mario kuffourtelli...im
sure change of name and country will help
him develop.............

Mario is the man talent wise. SAF is the manager who can give him the 'super powers' to become a balon d'onor candidate. I hope it comes true this link.

he wont manage to tame that Guy at 19 years, he is already spoilt with money and fame mind you he is black!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by: oxcee on 23-Jul-2010 7:28:42 AM
united cant afford Baloteli so lets end this thing of fergie Disciplining him and making him a better player cz he will never play 4united im sure he has been over priced
by: Ekunu Moses on 25-Jul-2010 11:29:00 AM
Just to substantiate Mmunnagomba about Ballotelli being black; here is a quote; "WHEN U GO BLACK, YOU NEVER GO BACK"

It's bad boy v old mad man!
Something off-topic. Can someone pliz tell me what special thing Joe Cole does to be worth £90,000 a week? People keep going on about Joe Cole this Joe Cole that, yet his dribbling is suspect, he cant run with the ball, his tracking is nought and his goal scoring is not much to write home about (what's his overall Premiership tally? He competes with some defenders!!!). His passing is not even half as decent as Carrick's (and that says a lot). I have watched this player for almost a decade now and I am yet to see what others see in there.

Am BACK from southafrica!I had 2 extend ma vacation in port Elizabeth4 security reasons in Uganda!!Where do i start?1st Balloteli won't be signing 4 united, they are too BROKE 2 afford him and his wage demands so this is wishful thinkng. The real question is will Mancini be able 2 tame him coz that's where his headed just 2 pick the big weekly pay cheque!
by: Smile on 2-Aug-2010 3:31:39 AM
JB if u watched the Joe Cole who played 4 Westham then u know there's no question about his ability but like the story of all skilled English players,an ill timed terrible move 2 1 of the big four derails their careers! But remember his an England international so if u are asking what he is worth then that should cut across the board 4 all England internationals!Barry,Johnson,Milner,Terry,Carragher,Carrick,Heskey e.t.c ARE THEY ALL WORTH WHAT THEY EARN PER WEEK?????
by: JB on 3-Aug-2010 10:47:39 AM
Smile, thanks for the response. You do have a point on Cole earning so much but clearly not being worth it, like the rest of those overpaid England players. The West Ham Cole that I remember used to score some cracking goals, yes, but that was once in a blue moon, like they say. I dont think he has ever had a consistent season of top performance to warrant the hype. He is supposed to be a play maker, right? My question remains: what is his biggest attribute, coz his passing isnt that great. So, is it his vision, or dribbling, or what? Lampard is a poor tackler but he wins his team games by scoring goals - penalities, deflection, they all count. He is up there with the best in the assists figures. Terry fights for his team. Carrick passes good, could be better, but then again he is English. And he can tackle. Scholes scores goals and makes pin point final passes (of course he cant tackle). Bechkam is the master of the cross and freekick. Even the 'brain-less' Walcott has pace and is a great little finisher. Injuries aside, he would score double figures a season. Terry is a tackler, motivator and fighter, as is Carragher. Gerrard is Gerrard; Defore is a goal poacher; Ashley is one of the best left backs of our time; Rooney is Rooney. Barry, at his best is a good tracker of danger men. I have never seen anyone play the role of a none goal scoring foward as good as Heskey does. In his day, Gary Neville was simply awesone at right back. What special attribute has Joe Cole?
